Djöfulsins snillingur is a multilingual fusion of textual, physical, visual, and musical arts, inspired by Dante's "Inferno" and "Babette's Feast" by Karen Blixen.

Last week we had a kick-off for our upcoming theatrical co-production “Djöfulsins snillingur” inspired by the short story “Babette’s Feast” by Karen Blixen.

Reykjavík Ensemble visited Oslo as a part of the “Babette’s feast: Multilingual and multicultural theatre” project in June 2022.

Our research on multilingual and multicultural theatre brought us to Copenhagen in June 2022.

In May 2020, Reykjavík Ensemble spent five days in Uppsala in Sweden with partners from Teater Aros.
